ThinBlueLineCareers is a new innovative platform developed to provide easy to use recruiting tools for law enforcement agencies, allowing staff to focus more on engaging with potential candidates and less on spreadsheets.


Key Features:

  • Agency Profile: Any law enforcement agency can create a free profile on our platform, allowing users to review an agency summary, recruiting contacts, salary information, and more. The most important feature of the agency profiles are "Agency Tags". Agency Tags are specific benefits, features, teams, specializations, and other specifics which make your agency unique. These tags are essential to our platform and allow users to search for agencies based on their career aspirations. For example: if a potential candidate was looking for an agency with a Drone/UAS Program, Part-Time SWAT Team, 12-Weeks Parental Leave, and a take home car, they could use Agency Tags to quickly finding agencies matching this criteria.


Take advantage of these additional tools and resources with a paid Agency Membership

  • Recruiting QR Code: We create a customized QR code with your agency's badge/logo which links users directly to your Agency Profile.

  • Recruiting Contact Card: From your Agency Profile, users can submit a Recruiting Contact Card. This allows potential candidates to reach out directly to your agency, providing the following details:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Home Zip Code

    • Interested Career Paths

    • Note to Staff

  • Leads Management: Once a user completes a Recruiting Contact Card, that user's details are saved to your Agency Hub. From here you can view and manage all of your contacts. This includes the ability to assign contacts to specific recruiters, rank potential candidates, and add internal agency notes.

  • Career Postings: Add open positions to the platform which are added to our Career Search and to your Agency Profile.

  • Recruiting Campaigns: Through your Agency Hub, you can submit content to be sent either via email or text message to users who have filled out a Recruiting Contact Card for your agency. You submit the content and we do the rest.

  • Announcements: With your Agency Membership, you can post announcements directly to the our platform, increasing the exposure of your hiring events, hiring bonuses, or other recruiting information.
