City of Westminster Police Department
The Westminster Police Department wanted to provide their PIO staff with another resource to engage with the community. Over the course of a a two month period, I met with members of the PIO team and command staff to discuss what features they wanted built into their mobile application. I then customized the mobile to fit both their needs and the style, outlined by the City of Westminster.
The Westminster Police Department Mobile App went live in May of 2021 and included:
iOS version on the App Store
Android version on Google Play
An online version, available at www.WestminsterPDNews.com
Marketing material creation
On-going technical support and app store management
Staff at Westminster PD can now quickly publish news, events and safety alerts on one platform and all three of the versions are updated simultaneously. I also created a variety of marketing materials and provided continued support to agency staff.
